Cap Vert, an Ambienta portfolio company, expands its regional coverage and strengthens its expertise in ecological engineering with the acquisition of two more companies
- Cap Vert has acquired Duc & Préneuf Bourgogne and Environnement 41, two French companies specialised in green space creation and in ecological engineering respectively
- Duc & Préneuf Bourgogne gives Cap Vert a base in the Bourgogne-Franche-Comté region, where it can now count on a local leader in green space creation to expand the Group’s other activities in the area
- The acquisition of Environnement 41, which operates in the Centre-Val de Loire region, strengthens Cap Vert’s range of environmental services, with the strengthening of its expertise in the ecological engineering of natural and sensitive habitats
