Spaggiari, an Ambienta platform company, acquires digital education specialist La Fabbrica
- Spaggiari has acquired La Fabbrica S.r.l. (“La Fabbrica”), an Italian specialist in the creation of sponsored educational contents for primary and secondary schools with a focus on digital formats.
- This add-on further contributes to the transition towards digitalisation and the reduction of paper-based materials in education.
- The acquisition also complements Spaggiari’s existing business lines by opening a corporate sponsorship platform and B2B channel.
