Alessandro joined Ambienta in 2026 as Principal in Private Equity team based in Milan.

Prior to Ambienta, he worked as a private equity professional at White Bridge Investments in Milan and at Five Arrows Principal Investments in London where he carried out transactions across Europe mainly in B2B sectors such as technology, business services, healthcare, and specialty industrials.
Prior to that he started his career in M&A at UBS in Milan.

Alessandro graduated in Finance at Bocconi University.

He speaks Italian (native) and English (fluent).
