Andrew Benson

Andrew is a Partner and the Senior Investment Analyst for Ambienta X, and is based in London.

He joined Ambienta in 2019.

Andrew has been a fundamental equity analyst for close to 30 years, including 21 years as a managing director in Citi’s European equity research division, where he led the chemicals research team and established research into renewables energy. Previously, Andrew worked for Hermes Fund Management and began his career at Shell Chemicals in the UK.

He holds a first-class honours degree in Chemistry (biochemistry and genetics) from York University.
