Biliana Petrov

Biliana is Head of Marketing and Communications at Ambienta. She joined the firm in 2023 and is based in London.

Biliana brings with her close to 20 years of industry experience, of which 15 in liquid alternatives. Prior to joining Ambienta she was Head of Marketing and Investor Relations at Lumyna Investments, a leading liquid alternatives platform. Biliana started her career in 2006 as part of the Equities division of the U.S. Investment Bank Merrill Lynch, with a focus on distribution and marketing of structured products. She was subsequently responsible for marketing and brand development of the wider INVEST platform at Bank of America Merrill Lynch, covering a wide range of equity investment strategies.

She holds a BSc in Environmental Policy and Economics and a MSc in Local Economic Development, both gained at the London School of Economics and Political Science.

Biliana speaks Bulgarian (native), German (native), English (fluent), French (conversational) and Russian (basic).
