Jerome Losson

Jerome joined Ambienta in 2026 as Partner & Head of Portfolio Operations, in Private Equity Team, based in Milan.

He retired from BC Partners in 2024, where he had been a Partner since 2012 and Managing Partner since 2017, in charge of the firm’s portfolio operations team.
From 2022-2024 he was also a Senior Advisor to Istari (Temasek’s cyber-security platform). Jerome previously spent a decade at KKR Capstone which he helped set-up in Europe.
While there he acted as interim CEO and COO in several KKR portfolio companies.
He had earlier co-founded and sold a software business in the UK (to Causeway Technologies), after a few years spent in McKinsey’s London and Brussels offices.

Jerome holds a PhD in theoretical physics (Dean’s List) from McGill University and an MBA from INSEAD.

He speaks French (native) and English (fluent).
