Michela D’Isita

Michela joined Ambienta in September 2021 as Head of HR and is based in Milan.

Before joining Ambienta, she spent six years at AlixPartners as a People Business Partner. She began her HR career as a specialist in Learning and Development, building a strong foundation in employee growth and organizational development. Over the years, she expanded and deepened her expertise across the full spectrum of HR functions, gaining over 18 years of experience in various industries in Italy, Austria, and Kazakhstan.

She holds a degree in Psychology from La Sapienza University (Rome, Italy) and a MasterOP (Organization and Human Resources) from Bocconi University (Milan).
Michela speaks Italian (native), English (fluent) and German and Russian (basic).
