Milena Torciano

Milena Torciano, Private Equity Partner at Ambienta, is a seasoned executive with 20+ years of combined principal investing and operational leadership experience across management consulting, mid-cap PE and 6 years as CEO of a large B2B software business.

She began her career in Oliver Wyman’s Financial Services practice working Europe-wide, before joining AnaCap Financial Partners in London, where she invested across the capital structure, and led landmark transactions, including the first PE-backed acquisition of a UK bank during the global financial crisis, later floated by AnaCap in a $1B IPO. After moving to Stockholm in 2016, she joined three product founders to build Mitigram, the first digital exchange and trade execution platform in global trade finance, growing it as CEO from pre-revenue to a technology company serving 350+ leading financial institutions, global commodities traders and multinational corporations, facilitating $100B+ in cumulative transactional flows.

Today, Milena leads Ambienta’s expansion into the Nordics where she has been instrumental to Ambienta’s first platform acquisition in the region (No Dig Alliance), combining deep investment and entrepreneurship experience to drive Ambienta’s growth in one of Europe’s most dynamic markets.
