Monica Dotti

Monica joined Ambienta in 2023 as HR Business Partner Manager and is based in Milan.

Prior to this she worked for Deutsche Bank as a Graduate Trainee and spent 8 years in the HR function, supporting different business areas as Business Partner.

She has a Bachelor Degree in Economics and a Master Degree in Management both from Universita’ Cattolica del Sacro Cuore.

Monica speaks Italian (native), English (fluent) and German (beginner).
