Romain Azoulai

Romain joined in 2026 Ambienta’s Small Cap Fund as Principal, based in Paris.

Prior to joining Ambienta, he worked in M&A at Natixis Partners in Paris and then spent nine years at Carlyle in London, where he focused on buyout technology.

Romain holds a Master’s degree in Corporate Finance from Université Paris Dauphine.

He speaks French (native) and English (fluent).
