Sara Mattei Gentili

Sara joined Ambienta in 2025 as Investment Manager in the Private Equity team, based in Milan.

Prior to this, she worked as an investment professional at KKR and Partners Group where she focused on industrial-tech. Sara started her career at McKinsey where she worked in the Strategy & Corporate Finance practice.

Sara holds a Master of Business Administration from Harvard Business School, a Master in Finance from HEC Paris and a Bachelor in Finance from Bocconi.

She speaks Italian (native), English (proficient) and French (intermediate).
