Silvia Ferrario

Silvia joined Ambienta in 2026 as an Intern in the HR Team based in Milan.

Prior to this, she completed a 10-month internship at UniCredit within the HR Planning & Analytics team, gaining experience in workforce planning and HR data analysis.

She holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics from LIUC – Università Cattaneo and is currently pursuing a Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management.
During her studies, she also participated in an Erasmus program in the Netherlands.

Silvia speaks Italian (native) and English (fluent).
