Stefano Bergami

Private Credit Asset Class Coordinator and ESR Manager

Stefano joined Ambienta in 2025 as ESR Manager in the Sustainability and Strategy team, based in Milan.

Earlier in his career, Stefano served as an Engagement Manager at McKinsey & Company, focusing on Strategy & Corporate Finance projects. He also worked at Edison as an LNG Asset Manager and at Stantec, where he supported clients in pollution control and CSR initiatives.

He holds a BSc and an MSc in Environmental and Land Planning Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, as well as an MBA from INSEAD.

Stefano speaks Italian (native), English (fluent), and French (fluent).
