Yann Bak

Yann is a Partner in Ambienta Small cap fund and is based in Paris. He joined Ambienta in 2025.

Prior to joining Ambienta, Yann was partner in Ardian Buy out team & Head of Impact & Climate solutions. At Ardian, Yann has been involved in 13 transactions including Spotless Group, Lariviere, Unipex, SIACI Saint Honoré, Santé Cie, Odealim…
He also contributed to the development of Ardian philanthropy initiative (as President of the Ardian Foundation for 4 years).

Yann graduated with a Master degree in Corporate Finance & Financials engineering at Paris Dauphine University.

He is fluent in French (native) and English.
