James Swainston

James is an Investment Manager and is based in London. He joined Ambienta in 2024.

Prior to Ambienta, he was an Investment Manager at Bowmark Capital, a mid-market private equity firm where he completed a number of investments across software and IT services. He started his career in M&A at RBC Capital Markets.

James holds a Master in Management (major in Finance) from HEC Paris.

He speaks English (native), French (proficient) and Italian (conversational).
